Vine 2 Wine is Winnie’s first winery! Have a glass of wine in their state-of-the-art tasting room and patio, where you can enjoy samples of our limited-production wines. The patio lets you enjoy a bottle or glass of wine with your friends and family.

For over 125 years, our museum has honored the community’s farming legacy with antique tractors, equipment, photos, and historical artifacts, including the pioneering aircraft that seeded Texas’ first rice crop.

For birders, High Island, 18 miles south of Winnie, is one of the top bird-view areas of the US, as migratory birds stop on the island during their winter travels. People worldwide visit the area to view the birds traveling thousands of miles yearly.

For those whose taste runs to more natural diversions, the Winnie area offers excellent hunting and fishing opportunities year-round. Knowledgeable guides are available for the many sportspeople who flock to the area each hunting season.
